Carolina & Co strives to provide a secure shopping experience by using industry standard data encryption. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Customer information will never be shared with anyone. Financial information is used exclusively for your purchase transaction and not stored. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding specific protections and safe guards.

How to Order

Orders can be place one of two ways: online or by calling the store directly

Online: We use a secure convenient online system. All orders will be confirmed with an email.

Telephone: If you prefer to place your order via telephone, please call 707-526-6879 between 10:30 - 5:30 PST and will be happy to assist you directly.

Sales tax

Sales tax of 8.5% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.


All items are shipped within 5 - 15 business days unless noted on the product page. If you need something sooner than that, please contact us directly either via email:, or phone: 707-526-6879. We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

All shipping is handled through federal express. Orders sent by FedEx service should be delivered within 5-7 business days. If a specific receiving date is required please email or call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it. Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business or work address or specify in Special Delivery Instructions if a signature is required for delivery. Carolina and Co. is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages.

Not all colors are available on all products, each color available for each product is listed on the description page for that product.

Not all styles are available for all products.

Monogram Size and Location

Allow us to select the size and location of the monogram for you. If you have a specific request, please note such in Comment Box at checkout. We will do our best to accomodate you.


Monogrammed items are not returnable as they are custom made for you. Prior to placing your order, please insure that all personalization is correct. If you have any questions or wish to change the personalization, please contact Carolina & Co directly and we will do our best to assist you. If Carolina & Co has made an error in the monogramming of an item, we will make every effort to correct our error by repairing and/or replacing the incorrect items.

Items that are not monogrammed may be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned to Carolina & Co within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, and are in new and undamaged condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please include the following with your return: If you have purchased the gift, please include a copy of your receipt. If you have received the gift, please include the name and address of the gift giver and approx date of purchase.
